Compatibility Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring products (including games and accessories) are compatible with your region, console, or network requirements. Cheap Games NG is not liable for incompatibility issues after delivery.

System Requirements: For digital products, you are responsible for ensuring your hardware, software, and internet connection meet minimum requirements. Cheap Games NG is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported systems.

Third‑Party & Modified Items: Cheap Games NG does not warrant or guarantee the performance of any third‑party accessories, used peripherals, or modified consoles. Such items are sold as‑is, with no liability for compatibility or future defects.

Manufacturer Warranties: Some products may include manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and Cheap Games NG is not responsible for their terms, coverage, or claims.

Personal Use Only: Products and services are for personal use. Unauthorized resale or distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited and voids any applicable guarantees or support.

Website Errors: We are not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We may correct errors and cancel or refuse orders based on incorrect information.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change at any time without prior notice.

Prices exclude shipping, delivery, handling fees, and any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional charges imposed by authorities in your region. You are responsible for these charges.

Payment must be completed through our approved methods before we process or ship any order.

Obvious Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders regardless of confirmation or payment. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Cheap Games NG is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third‑party payment processors.

Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, you remain responsible for the full payment amount and any associated costs or fees.

4. Order Acceptance and Refusal

An order confirmation (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp) does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, block or terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

5. Pre‑Orders

Delivery dates for pre‑orders or back‑ordered products are estimates only and may change due to supply chain or manufacturing issues.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Pre‑orders may be refunded only at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

6. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your designated address or after pickup from our store.

Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, Cheap Games NG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Cheap Games NG will not be liable for losses or delays caused by incorrect information.

Third‑Party Couriers: Cheap Games NG is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third‑party couriers or logistics partners once items have been handed over for delivery. Any claims for such issues should be directed to the courier.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or government actions. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may cancel the affected order without liability.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless a product is defective on arrival.

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to qualify for an exchange or repair.

No claims will be accepted after this period.

Pre‑owned products are tested before sale and are sold “as is,” except as required by Nigerian consumer protection laws.

If you return an item for exchange or inspection, you are responsible for securely packaging and shipping it at your own cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. Items must include all original accessories and packaging.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any defective product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

8. Repairs and Services

Repairs are performed with care by our experienced technicians, but are done at the customer’s risk.

We are not responsible for pre‑existing faults, hidden damage, data loss, or additional issues not directly caused by our negligence.

Remove all accessories, discs, or personal items from devices before submitting them for repair. Cheap Games NG is not responsible for loss or damage to any items left in or with a device.

While we take reasonable precautions, Cheap Games NG does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of data on any device submitted for repair or trade‑in once the device leaves our possession.

No Consequential Liability: Cheap Games NG is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of use, downtime, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from repair services or delays.

Repair timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Digital Codes and Gift Cards

Gift cards and digital codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cheap Games NG is not liable for lost, stolen, misused, or already-redeemed codes once delivered.

Cheap Games NG is not responsible for loss of saved data, online progress, or suspension of accounts resulting from the use of digital codes, online services, or console updates.

Resale Restriction: Digital codes are for personal use only. Resale or transfer may violate publisher terms and is done entirely at your own risk.

Misuse Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any gift card or digital code order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of publisher terms.

10. User Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your information, but we do not guarantee absolute security of information stored or transmitted through our systems.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login details.
