Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we handle PS5 and PS4 repairs — including HDMI port issues, overheating, power problems, and more. To get started, simply contact us on WhatsApp. You can either send your faulty console or controller to our office, or request a rider for pickup, depending on your location.

Is payment on delivery available?
Yes, we offer pay-on-delivery nationwide. Customers outside Lagos are required to pay the delivery fee in advance. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery
Do you buy used games or allow game swaps?
Yes! We buy used games and also allow game swaps. You can sell or exchange your game for cash or another title
How do game swaps or sales work?
Here’s how it works:
Game Swap:
- Share the game title and its condition (images/videos encouraged)
- Let us know the title you’d like in exchange
- We will let you know if the exchange qualifies as a direct swap or if a cash top-up is required.
- You may drop off the game at our store or send it via courier
- Following inspection, we will either deliver your selected game, issue payment for the agreed value, or return the item if it is found to be in unsatisfactory condition
Selling Your Game:
- Send us the game title and its current condition.
- We will offer a buyback market-based value.
- You may deliver the game in person or send it via courier.
- Upon inspection, we will either proceed with payment or return the item if it is found to be in
unsatisfactory condition.
Please note;
- All games must be original and in good working condition.
- We don’t accept pirated, cracked, or heavily damaged discs.

Absolutely. Every game we sell is 100% original — either sealed or verified-used and tested.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes! We ship nationwide through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary by location. You’ll receive tracking and updates.
How much is delivery within Lagos?
Delivery within Lagos starts at ₦2,000 depending on your area. We also offer express delivery options on request.
Do you sell digital games or only discs?
Yes, we offer both physical disc-based games and digital download codes (e.g., PSN, Xbox Live, Nintendo e-Shop codes) depending on your preference
Can I get help choosing a game or console?
Absolutely. Whether you're shopping for yourself, your kids, or as a gift, we’re happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences, budget, and gaming interests.
How long does order processing and delivery take?
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- If there’s a high volume of orders or delays due to external factors, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Local Delivery (within Lagos):
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM are scheduled for same‑day delivery, typically within 2 hours or more, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or those that can’t be delivered the same day, are rolled over as a priority delivery on the next business day.
Nationwide Delivery (outside Lagos):
- Delivery timelines vary by state and courier but typically take 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- In some supported states outside Lagos, same‑day delivery is possible if your order is placed before 3:00 PM, subject to courier service availability to your area.

What’s your return policy?
We offer returns within 2 days only if:
- The product is not as described
- You report the issue immediately with photo or video proof
- The item is in its original condition and packaging

- We do not accept returns for games that have been unsealed, downloaded, or used
- All sales are final on digital products and gift cards
